China has signed a contract with an Iranian state-run company to build a railway network in the Islamic republic, the Iran Daily said.

They're the world experts in railroad construction. When we visited Venezuela about five years ago, we ran into some Chinese engineers who were building railroads there. They've got lots of new high speed rail in China.

China is the natural choice if you want rail infrastructure in your country. There was some recent talk of using them to build projects here in the USA.
